A concept booking flow and patient web app for a physiotherapy practice.
This is a concept project. It has no client and no results.
The brief
Picture a small physiotherapy practice that takes bookings by phone. Reception spends hours on calls, patients forget appointments and gaps stay unfilled. The brief: let patients book, move and cancel on their own, in a few taps.
What we assumed
- Three practitioners with different hours
- Patients are mostly on phones
- Some patients are older and less at ease with apps
- No medical records held in the app
Our approach
Fewer taps. Fewer calls.
Three decisions

Choose the person, then the time.
Patients usually want their own practitioner. So the flow starts with who, then shows only their free slots.

A phone number is always visible.
Not everyone wants an app. The phone route stays one tap away on every screen.

Reminders reduce gaps.
A confirmation and a reminder go out by email, with a one-tap way to move the slot.
