Ceramics storefront
A concept online shop and identity refresh for an independent ceramics maker.
This is a concept project. It has no client and no results.
The brief
Imagine a ceramics maker who sells at markets and through a social feed. Buyers ask where to buy, and orders come in by direct message. The brief: a shop of their own that feels as considered as the pots, and is easy to run alone.
What we assumed
- Around 60 pieces, mostly one-offs
- One person runs everything
- Sells in France and nearby EU countries
- Photography exists but is uneven
Our approach
Show the pot first. Explain the rest after.
Three decisions
-
One-of-a-kind stock is shown as such.
Each piece is available once, so the product page says so plainly and removes it when sold. No "only 3 left" games.
-
Delivery is explained before the cart.
Fragile goods worry buyers. The product page shows packaging and delivery times up front, so the checkout has no surprises.
-
The identity is quiet.
A simple mark and a warm neutral palette let the ceramics carry the colour.
