Questions about the process
Can I pause a project?
Yes, once, for up to 60 days at no cost. After that, restarting depends on our availability.
What do you need from me?
Timely feedback, your content, and access to what we need (domain, hosting, accounts). We tell you exactly what and when.
What if I'm unhappy with the design?
That's what feedback rounds are for. Each package includes a set number. If we're still off after them, we talk, and you can stop and pay for the work to date.
