Can I really buy a website online?
Yes. Pick a package, add it to the cart and pay the 30% deposit at checkout. We then book a kick-off call within two working days. If your project doesn't fit a package, book a discovery call and we'll scope it together.
What is not included in the price?
Hosting, domain names, paid plugins or themes, stock photography and third-party licences are billed at cost or paid by you directly. Each package page says what is in and what is out.
Do I own the site when it is finished?
Yes. Code, files and designs are yours once the final invoice is paid. We hand over the source and the accounts.
What happens if I change my mind?
Before work starts, your deposit is refunded in full. After that, you pay for the work done to date and we hand it over. Consumers also have a 14-day withdrawal right. The details are on the refunds page.
Do you work in French and English?
Yes. We work and deliver in either language, and this whole site exists in both.
